In 2018, PRWeek reported on a Harvard Business Review article that examined diversity across the top 100 global PR agencies, and discovered a lack in understanding diversity and little effort made to build inclusive cultures. Positive change is starting to be made across the industry, but more is required to see a meaningful impact.
