Junior Account Manager
We are looking for a superstar Junior Account Manager who loves client service and enjoys working with diverse group of clients helping them succeed and grow businesses through strategy, branding, integrated marketing and technology. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities, managing different types accounts and using your creative, strategic thinking and project management skills to grow client accounts? In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage a designated list of clients and projects to ensure delivery on time, on budget and on strategy
Collaborate with in-house teams, subject matter experts, partners and vendors for diverse projects for our client brands
Provide support and ideas about client strategic and brand initiatives
Serve as the primary client contact responsible for the relationship, meeting preparation, presentations, reporting and strategic execution
Establish and manage timelines, responsibilities, tasks and project plans
Develop and implement ideas for improved workflow optimization
What we’re looking for:
Enthusiasm for client service
Project and account management or agency experience
Deadline-oriented focus with the ability to deliver work on time and on budget
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
High attention to detail, especially with respect to proofing and information accuracy
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Project management software experience and knowledge of agile methodology preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing or advertising preferred
