CaroMont Health, a growing healthcare system in the Charlotte region, is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator. In partnership with the creative team and department leadership, the Marketing Coordinator will provide project management support to internal stakeholders, including researching, scoping, developing and producing high-quality content and assets to advance the CaroMont Health brand and support System operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated self starter who drives efficiency in the project management process, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service. This role will help support the thousands of exceptional healthcare professionals working hard to care for patients and the community.

Job Summary:   The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing all marketing support requests/projects for the Public Affairs department. In partnership with the creative team and department leadership, works with internal stakeholders and customers to research, scope, develop, and produce high-quality content and assets to advance the CaroMont Health brand and support System operations. Maintains dashboards and workflow trackers to monitor, manage and report project progress and department performance measures; prepares and presents weekly updates and monthly and year-end reports. Handles day-to-day management of vendor relationships and contracts, as well as department finances, including invoice processing, budget tracking and monthly reconciliation, to ensure the prudent management of resources. Supports critical operations and functions of department and health system through other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, business or related field, plus two years of experience managing complex business functions and projects; healthcare experience preferred. Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders.  Proven record of exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.  Demonstrated proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Outlook applications; graphic design or copywriting experience preferred. Must be highly organized and have a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service to  manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
