G&S Business Communications is seeking someone with B2B and/or corporate comms experience looking to make the next step in their career.

Responsible for day-to-day client campaign activities:
Craft and tell a compelling story through content development for omnichannel campaigns, including web, email, social media, video, broadcast, print publications and sales collateral
Work cross-departmentally with Media, Creative, and Digital leads to ensure strategy, content, earned and paid programs are brand-consistent, complementary and driving desired results
Leverage social listening queries, industry research and marketing analytics to proactively compile relevant stories and help inform content strategy
Review, edit and approve copy and final assets for clarity, quality and impact
Provide client counsel on tactical matters linked to strategic plans
Assist with special event planning and execution
Create and develop pitch ideas and secure media placements for clients based on their industry, current trends and various announcements
Evaluate performance analytics against key performance indicators and leverage information for program enhancements
Monitor media outlets for coverage of client news, competitor developments and industry trends
Manage relationships with client partners and customers to ensure projects are successfully executed on time and on budget
Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in the marketing communications field, preferably in an agency environment.
Agriculture industry experience preferred, but not required.
BS/BA in marketing, communications or public relations. Other related
fields will be considered.
Demonstrated experience in running complex marketing programs with a deadline-driven mindset.
Experience in developing and leading effective, omnichannel marketing campaigns that use websites, email, paid ads, SEO, social media, and other digital media to drive leads and build brand awareness and consideration.
Analytical and data driven. Ability to apply logical thinking to problem-solving; providing practical solutions that achieve results.
Awareness of the latest trends and best practices in marketing and martech; an understanding of digital marketing principles.
Experience with Search Engine Optimization and Google Analytics.
Ability to collaborate with others to deliver final products that meet/exceed client expectations.
A proactive, self-starter with effective time management skills who can work effectively in an exciting and fast-paced environment
Must be a team player with a commitment and dedication to the agency’s success
Strong written and verbal communications skills, including strong editing skills
Experience interacting with clients, media contacts and other partners
