Thank you for your interest in applying for selection for the PRSA NC Chapter’s PR for Good project for 2024. Nominations are open now for member volunteers for the February – July 2024 session. We’ll be holding an application process in the spring for the second session, which runs July – December 2024. The goal of the PR for Good initiative is to help non-profits in the membership area of PRSA NC Chapter do the most good in their communities. We’re assembling teams of talented PR professionals to help selected organizations advance their objectives by building recognition, trust and support with key stakeholders. And of course, in our focus on helping members sharpen their skills, this opportunity provides real-time, on the job experience or a way to expand your skillset. Join us. What will I do? You’ll be part of a project team of up to six members. We’ll be helping two organizations each session. Team members will fill key roles, including a team leader/project manager, strategy, media relations, social media, content, measurement and creative. As a team member you’re committing to spending up to five hours a month working on your organization’s PR.
