Quick answer

To cancel a Korean Air ticket, log in to Manage Booking / My Trips on koreanair.com (or the app), select your reservation, and choose Cancel — or cancel by phone. Within 24 hours of booking (7+ days out, direct) it’s a full refund. For fast help, call +1 (888) 217-2892 (24/7). Korean Air’s official line is 1-833-546-3547.

How to cancel

• Online: Manage Booking / My Trips → select trip → Cancel
• App: My Trips → select trip → Cancel
• Phone: +1 (888) 217-2892 (booking help) or 1-833-546-3547 (official)
• OTA booking: cancel through the agency

Before you cancel

Check your fare rules and the cancellation fee/refund amount. Consider whether a date change is cheaper than cancelling, especially on non-refundable fares.

Don’t no-show

Always cancel before departure — a no-show forfeits more value and can cancel your onward/return segments.
