We’re looking for an organized, self-starter to join our growing team!

You will be responsible for serving as an account manager to build and manage a strategy that enhances their business by performing the following duties.

A Day in the Life:

  • Responsible for execution of client strategy.
  • Serves as an account manager and the daily point of contact to clients. Leads client discovery sessions with key stakeholders in order to identify strategies based on clients’ products, industry, and goals. Creates and presents media and content strategies to clients.
  • Manages day-to-day client activities, including onboarding, researching, planning, and campaign implementation.
  • Leads client meetings and updates clients on campaign activity.
  • Develops press release topics, news angles, stories and pitches to further client’s profile, products and services.
  • Proactively pitch press releases and feature ideas to regional, national and trade journalists across print, broadcast and online.
  • Builds and maintains a network of media contacts in target industries.
  • Monitors media coverage, researches industry trends, and stays up-to-date on current events.
  • Monitors, reports and evaluates campaign performance and adjust as necessary.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams including content, campaign production and leadership teams.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in public relations or within a marketing agency.
  • Experience in customer service and account management.
