Sr. Sales Executive

We’re looking for new dynamic individual for our sales team. You will be responsible for building a territory and a pipeline of qualified customers, utilizing our database and CRM to assist your sales efforts. We have a high activity, fast paced sales environment where closing business is the top priority for meeting quotas, building/managing pipelines, and creating strong relationships.

You will have the opportunity to earn UNCAPPED annualized commissions alongside a base salary.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develops new business opportunities through individual prospecting.
  • Takes a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Identifies trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets, providing weekly updates to forecast.
  • Builds and prioritizes target prospects lists.
  • Researches organizations and individuals to identify potential clients in the territory.
  • Contacts potential client to establish rapport and arrange introductory meetings
  • Increases value to current customers in partnership with the Client Success Team while attracting new customers.
  • Maintains CRM to capture sales analytics and stay current on leads and follow up activities.
  • Attends industry events to stay abreast of market conditions and competition and establish relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Builds strong partnerships with relevant departments to identify opportunities and grow our subscription business.
  • Provides appropriate sales tracking and reporting as required leveraging Salesforce throughout the entire sales process.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years’ sales experience selling into new accounts in software sales or financial services required
  • Experience in selling a SaaS based platform preferred
