Membership
NCPRSA members are part of a community of more than 21,000 public relations and communications professionals across the United States, from recent college graduates to the leaders of the world’s largest multinational firms. PRSA members represent nearly every practice area and professional and academic setting within the public relations field. In addition, there are more than 10,000 students who are members of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) at colleges and universities here and abroad.
To be a member of any chapter, you must also be a member of the Public Relations Society of America. To make it easy, you can simultaneously join both the national organization and the North Carolina chapter.
You can apply for membership by visiting www.prsa.org and completing the membership application. Be sure to select membership in your local chapter on the application form (our chapter is the NCPRSA chapter). Once you complete the form, you can submit online with your dues payment. Our annual chapter dues are only $50 in addition to national dues, which are $255.
Once you become a member, you will have access to all “members-only” services and will be included on our email distribution list.
